Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose: To oversee the overall administration and efficient operation of Branches within the assigned region including customer service, operations and product sales in accordance with the Bank's objectives to enhance new and existing business opportunities within the agreed framework and desired levels of customer satisfaction. Reponsibilities: Net Business Growth Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the area and monitor sales achievements on a daily basis to achieve assigned sales targets Work closely with product managers in assessing, suggesting competitive and key product features and monitor and assess retention/attrition indicators to support customer cross sales and retention. Branch Transactions Liaise with product/segment and operational support teams to implement new products/processes and monitor Branch operational activities including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, security and safety through exception reporting to ensure efficient operation and management of full service branches within assigned region Monitor Branch Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), ensure timely resolution of all complaints, frauds, losses or regulatory requirements and escalate significant issues to head of branch network in order to create and maintain appropriate levels of operational focus, integrity and control strategies within assigned region. Desired Candidate Profile At least 9 years of experience in the Banking industry in the role of a Branch Manager (operational level). Management and leadership skills Strategic planning and change management Time management and organisational skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
