Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Transport Advisory and Planning to lead and deliver transport planning, mobility strategy, and advisory projects. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing transport modelling and analysis, and providing strategic insights to clients across public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and consulting experience in transport planning. Your role Lead transport advisory and planning projects from inception to delivery Develop and review transport strategies, mobility plans, and policy frameworks Oversee transport modelling activities, including network development, demand forecasting, and scenario analysis Guide GIS-based spatial analysis and data-driven transport planning solutions Manage data collection, validation, and analysis for traffic and mobility studies Provide technical expertise in urban mobility, traffic engineering, and multi-modal transport systems Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and client presentations Engage with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to support project objectives Mentor and manage junior staff, interns, and consultants Support business development through proposal writing, bid management, and client acquisition Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards Rewards & benefits Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive at every stage of your life and your career. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, Urban Planning, or related field 5 8+ years of relevant experience in transport planning or consultancy Strong expertise in transport planning principles, traffic engineering, and mobility systems Experience in transport modelling tools (VISUM, Vissim, Aimsun, or equivalent) Proficiency in GIS tools (ArcGIS/QGIS) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Preferred Experience in large-scale urban mobility or infrastructure projects Knowledge of sustainable transport and smart city initiatives Familiarity with programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) for data analysis Experience working with public sector clients or international projects Company Industry Engineering Design & Consulting Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords Senior Transport Planner Get real-time job updates only on our App
