The DBA will collaborate with developers, solution architects, and DevOps teams to optimize database performance, support CI/CD pipelines, and implement best practices for scalability, monitoring, and disaster recovery. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential to maintain reliable and high-performing database environments. Possession of Microsoft SQL Server certifications, such as MCSA or MCSE, demonstrates a commitment to professional development. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA, showcasing practical expertise in database administration. Experience in the financial or healthcare industries is highly valued due to the critical nature of data management.
