Test Lead Automation (H/F)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description As Test Automation Lead , you will be responsible for the test automation strategy and the management of the QA teams. You will guarantee the quality of applications by developing robust testing frameworks and ensuring the implementation of best practices. Your responsibilities include: Definition and implementation of the test automation strategy. Design, development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks. Supervision and coordination of a team of testers (automation and functional). development of test plans and execution of automated test campaigns. Collaboration with development, DevOps and business teams to guarantee the quality of deliverables. Continuous improvement of testing processes and integration of new technologies and tools. Analysis of test results and reporting of anomalies. Technology monitoring and recommendation of best practices in test automation. Required skills Technical skills Mastery of automation tools and frameworks: Selenium, Robot Framework Good knowledge of scripting languages: Python, Java Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps) Experience with REST APIs and their validation via automated tests Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Behavioral skills (Soft Skills) Leadership and ability to manage a team. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teaching skills. Rigour and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Desired profile Education : Bac+5 in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent. Experience : 5-10 years in testing, including significant experience in automation and team leadership. Languages : French and English (technical) required.
