Soft Services Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee all soft services FM operations at multiple sites (Cleaning & Security) Develop the yearly soft services planner based on the sites actual conditions and needs Monitor & Manage the specialized contractors facade cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, Parking management Coordinate with appointed vendors to ensure service delivery and SLA/KPI are met Handle the emergency situations, events and escalations Maintain operation performance reports & prepare all documents for audits, management Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, HSE standards, building guidelines Develop training/TBT plans to site manpower to ensure full awareness of tasks and SOP's Lead & develop staff through training program & staff's performance evaluations / appraisal Conduct regular inspections /audits to ensure optimal performance of SS operations Manage & monitor cleaning consumption, materials issuance & tools as per the operational budgets Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor degree holder Extensive experience in FM industry, strong leaderships skills, deep knowledge in SS operations like HK, SECURITY, WASTE MANAGEMENT, LANDSCAPING, PEST CONTROL, FACADE CLEANING, PARKING MANAGEMENT, ETC. 7-10 years min. experience in FM industry in a managerial position Strong understanding of local regulations & QHSE standards Proficiency in CAFM system Strong focus on quality assurance, client satisfaction & services delivery as per contract SLA/KPI's Demonstrated ability to manage large SS teams & multiple service lines at residential & commercial sites Valid BICS or SIRA certificate Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Administration Keywords Operations Manager - Soft Services Get real-time job updates only on our App
