SAP Signavio Process Mining Developer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Signavio Process Mining Developer to spearhead our business process transformation initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will be the bridge between enterprise strategy and technical execution. You will lead the architectural design of our process mining ecosystem while simultaneously getting hands-on to develop extraction pipelines, build intricate custom signals/KPIs, and generate data-driven insights that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Governance: Design Process Architecture: Lead the design and deployment of the end-to-end SAP Signavio Suite (Process Manager, Process Intelligence, and Insights). Define Frameworks: Establish best practice standards, modeling guidelines (BPMN 2.0), and governance policies for process mining across the enterprise. Integration Strategy: Design secure, scalable integrations and data extraction pipelines between SAP Signavio and core transactional systems like SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Salesforce, and other non-SAP systems. Roadmap & Strategy: Partner with leadership to align process mining use cases with broader digital transformation goals (e.g., S/4HANA migrations and Clean Core initiatives). Development & Technical Execution: Data Ingestion & Transformation: Write advanced SQL and SIGNAL scripts to query, manipulate, and create event logs from source system data. Custom Metric Creation: Develop complex custom KPIs, dimensions, specific business logic, and automated alerts directly within Signavio Process Intelligence. Dashboarding: Design and build visually compelling, interactive investigative dashboards to communicate bottlenecks and conformance violations to business users. Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Root Cause Analysis: Leverage advanced process mining algorithms to analyze process variants, uncover hidden bottlenecks, and calculate rework loops. Stakeholder Workshops: Facilitate technical discovery and Fit-to-Standard workshops with business process owners to translate C-suite goals into actionable roadmaps. Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills: Expertise in SAP Signavio: Mastery of the full suite, specifically Signavio Process Intelligence, Process Manager, and Collaboration Hub. Querying & Scripting: Strong proficiency in standard SQL and hands-on capability in SIGNAL (Signavio’s proprietary process mining query language). Process Modeling: Deep understanding of process management methodologies, particularly BPMN 2.0. Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (Direct Procurement) and/or Logistics processes. Good working knowledge of SAP systems (S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, BTP) Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, or Python for data science is a massive plus.
