SAP GRC Consultant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, etc.) Manage end-to-end user lifecycle activities including user creation, role assignment, access reviews, and de-provisioning Implement and support SAP GRC modules such as: Access Control (AC) Process Control (PC) Risk Management (RM) Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation using GRC tools Configure and maintain Firefighter (Emergency Access Management) and monitor usage logs Conduct periodic user access reviews and compliance audits Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure proper role design aligned with business processes Troubleshoot authorization issues and provide timely resolution Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and controls evidence Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Assist in SAP upgrades, migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), and new implementations from a security perspective Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM) Good understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role design, and user administration Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori security (catalogs, groups, roles) is preferred Knowledge of audit and compliance standards (SOX, ISO, etc.) Experience in SoD rule set maintenance and risk analysis Familiarity with SAP Basis concepts is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Nice to Have SAP certification in Security or GRC Experience with SAP Cloud platforms (BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors) Exposure to automation tools and scripting for security processes Employment Type Full Time Company Industry DefenceMilitaryGovernment Department / Functional Area DBADatawarehousing (IT Software) Keywords SAP Signavio Process Mining Developer Get real-time job updates only on our App
