Financial Analyst - Junior
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for management review. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators, providing actionable insights. Support the budgeting process by gathering data, consolidating inputs, and performing variance analysis against actuals. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 2-3 years of relevant internship or work experience in financial analysis or a related finance role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI Familiarity with financial modeling techniques and principles.
