BIM Developer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom scripts and plugins for BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance workflows. Integrate BIM data with other project management and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Create and manage BIM content libraries, including families, components, and templates, adhering to industry standards and project requirements. Develop and implement strategies for clash detection and resolution using BIM models, collaborating with design and construction teams. Desired Candidate Profile Mandatory Skill: Hands-on experience in Revit/BIM software Technical Skills (where applicable): Strong proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and modeling software. Preferred Experience: Large-scale landscape projects, hospitality developments, mixed-use developments, public realm projects, parks, and luxury residential developments. Industry Background: Architectural Firms, Landscape Consultancies, or Interior Design Companies.
