Spanish-Speaking Tour Operator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests arriving on charter flights from Spain and Portugal. Meet guests at the airport and coordinate arrival procedures. Conduct welcome meetings at hotels and present the available excursion programme. Promote and sell excursions in accordance with the company's weekly schedule. Provide professional support to guests during their stay and resolve any hotel-related issues or concerns. Respond promptly to guest inquiries by phone and in person. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, sales, and operational activities. Prepare and submit reports to the operations team for follow-up and service coordination. Ensure a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally at all times. Desired Candidate Profile Fluent Spanish (spoken and written). Valid driving licence (mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented, responsible, and professional attitude. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Flexible and available to assist guests when required. Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or as a tour representative is preferred but not mandatory.
