Senior Executive – Training

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Senior Executive – Training & Development The Senior Executive – Training & Development is responsible for identifying training needs, developing and delivering technical and behavioral training programs for shopfloor technicians and office staff. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, improving productivity, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and supporting continuous learning initiatives within the manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct training needs analysis for technicians, operators, and staff. Fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil. Develop and deliver technical, operational, safety, and soft skills training programs. Facilitate induction and onboarding programs for new employees. Coordinate internal and external training sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records and reports. Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and development plans. Support competency assessments and employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with company training policies and statutory requirements. Prepare training calendars, materials, presentations, and assessments. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of training and development experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience in delivering technical training to production, maintenance, or manufacturing teams. Language Requirements Fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
