Marketing Executive (UAE National)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose To assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that promote the company's products and services, enhance brand awareness, and support sales growth. The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to execute marketing campaigns and engage customers effectively. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and email newsletters. Manage and update content across the company's social media platforms and website. Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners to support marketing activities. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations. Support the Sales team with promotional materials and customer engagement initiatives. Organise and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Help maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing communications. Assist in managing marketing budgets, purchase orders, and invoices. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Work Experience 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sectors. Competencies Good understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative and proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator). Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Languages UAE National with family book Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
