Senior AI Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and enhance product offerings. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services. Conduct research to stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies. Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance. Optimize and fine-tune AI models for scalability and efficiency. Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, algorithms, and processes. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development and AI engineering. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on AI-related projects. Technical Skills Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, etc). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services is a plus. Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and techniques. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn). Knowledge of software development best practices and version control (e.g., Git). Soft Skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate with stakeholders and business clients. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; a master s degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models and algorithms in production environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
