The role requires end-to-end ownership of delivery, stakeholder management, and program governance across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities 1. Program & Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA, upgrades, and cloud migrations) Manage multi-country, multi-vendor programs with budgets, timelines, and quality control Define delivery frameworks, governance models, and execution strategy 2. S/4HANA & Transformation Programs Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions (Brownfield, Greenfield, Hybrid) Lead system upgrades and landscape transformations Ensure alignment with business objectives and value realization 3. RISE with SAP & Cloud Adoption Lead implementation of RISE with SAP engagements (Private/Public Cloud) Coordinate hyperscaler integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) Manage infrastructure transition, SLAs, and cloud governance 4. SAP BTP Strategy & Execution Drive adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Oversee extension development, integrations, and data management (Integration Suite, CAP, Fiori, etc.) Promote clean core strategy and side-by-side extensibility 5. Stakeholder & Client Management Engage with CXOs and business leaders Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation strategy Manage escalations, risks, and communication across stakeholders 6. Financial & Commercial Management Own P&L for delivery portfolio Ensure margin optimization and cost control Support pre-sales, proposals, and solutioning 7.
