Job Description Roles & Responsibilities You will lead the charge in expanding Rubikal s footprint, transforming our pipeline into a scalable revenue engine. You will bridge the gap between client requirements and our elite technical delivery. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy to penetrate new international markets and increase market share. Enterprise Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and close high-value business opportunities with mid-to-large enterprise clients. Relationship Architecture: Cultivate and nurture C-suite and senior-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and champion of Rubikal s value proposition. Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial high-level prospecting and qualification to complex contract negotiations and final closing. Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain rigorous oversight of the sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue forecasting, clear reporting, and strategic insights to executive leadership. Market Presence: Act as a brand ambassador, representing Rubikal at key industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to bolster our global reputation. Desired Candidate Profile Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in sales within the software development, IT consulting, or outsourcing industry Enterprise Fluency: Exceptional experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients in MENA, the U.S, and European markets. Consultative Approach: A deep understanding of modern software engineering processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Product Lifecycle) and the ability to speak the language of both business and technical stakeholders. Strategic Vision: Ability to identify market trends and pivot strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Influence & Leadership: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels of an organization. Operational Excellence: Expert proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and sales forecasting methodologies.
