Facility Coordinator
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Facility Coordinator preferably Filipino Nationals to oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth coordination of Hard and Soft Services activities. The role requires strong site coordination skills, vendor management experience, and hands-on exposure to FM operations. The responsibilities will include but not limited to: Coordinate daily facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of Hard Services (MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) and Soft Services (Housekeeping, Security, Waste Management). Act as the primary site-level point of contact for managing FM activities and addressing service-related issues. Monitor planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance works, ensuring timely execution as per SLA. Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, and third-party vendors for maintenance and service delivery. Track work orders, service requests, and job closures using CAFM/FM systems. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure assets, equipment, and facilities are maintained to required standards. Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures, and statutory requirements. Attend client/site meetings and provide regular updates on operational status and service performance. Maintain proper records, logs, reports, and documentation related to maintenance activities. Assist the Facility Manager in budgeting inputs, material tracking, and resource coordination. Support audits, inspections, and snags rectification activities. Handle minor administrative tasks related to facility operations when required. Desired Candidate Profile 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management in a coordination or supervisory role. Hands-on knowledge of FM operations, including Hard and Soft Services. Familiarity with CAFM systems, job cards, PPM schedules, and vendor coordination. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of HSE practices and compliance. Ability to multitask and handle site-level operational challenges efficiently.
