Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience proficient in both frontend and backend development. In this role, you will develop and maintain web applications using technologies such as Next.js, React, and TypeScript. You will leverage AI tools like Claude LLM APIs to optimize performance and automate processes, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver comfortable managing the entire web application stack. Key Responsibilities: Frontend Development Develop user interfaces using Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, and Tailwind CSS 4. Build responsive, dynamic web pages optimized for performance across devices and browsers. Integrate Framer Motion for smooth animations and interactions. Utilize AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude LLM) for content personalization on the frontend. Backend Development Develop and maintain the backend using Convex realtime DB, serverless functions, and TypeScript. Integrate Claude LLM APIs to enhance backend functionalities and automate data processing. Implement scalable APIs and database integrations for real-time data handling. Full Stack Integration Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components, leveraging AI-powered automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product) to create a cohesive user experience. AI Integration & Automation Use Claude LLM APIs to automate backend workflows, improving data processing efficiency and system performance. Implement AI-driven features for dynamic content generation and customer engagement. Testing & Debugging Conduct thorough testing and debugging of both frontend and backend applications. Use modern tools for automated testing, QA, and AI-based error detection. Documentation & Collaboration Maintain clear documentation for frontend and backend codebases, including AI integrations. Collaborate with teams, providing technical leadership and guidance when needed. Qualifications: Technical Skills Frontend: Proficiency in Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4, and Framer Motion for animations. Backend: Experience with Convex realtime DB, serverless functions, and Claude LLM APIs. Strong experience in API development, database integration, and real-time data handling. Familiarity with AI technologies and Claude LLM APIs for workflow automation. Experience with Git for version control and adhering to best practices in code management. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
