Senior CyberSecurity Technical Engineer - Privilege Access Management

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As Senior CyberSecurity Technical Engineer, you will build, manage and operate security technologies in compliance to corporate policy and standards. Ensure security designs meet business requirements and address risk. In this role you will: Lead the discovery projects and build high level designs to accomplish business needs while prioritizing cyber risk reduction. Manage the cybersecurity technology lifecycle from conception to service operation. Make design decisions aligning to security principles. Coordinate with internal teams to build support for design decisions and favorable risk reduction outcomes. Build technical documentation for cybersecurity technology designs, operations and support the creation of associated security technology standards. Facilitate the ongoing review of cybersecurity technology designs and alignment to industry best practices. Support the diagnosis and resolution of cybersecurity technology issues as a subject matter expert. Desired Candidate Profile To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements: Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (considered a bonus), including CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or specialised credentials in AI or blockchain security. 5+ Years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on emerging technologies, governance, and risk management. Proven hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise-scale PAM platforms across hybrid and cloud environments, with end-to-end accountability of engineering activity Demonstrated expertise in endpoint privilege management, including the design and deployment of least-privilege controls across Windows, macOS, and cloud-managed endpoints Solid grounding in zero-trust architecture principles, with practical application of least-privilege models and just-in-time access frameworks in complex enterprise environments Proficient in integrating PAM platforms with adjacent security and IT tooling, including SIEM, ITSM, directory services (LDAP/AD), MFA solutions, and endpoint management platforms Strong command of privileged access security fundamentals, including credential vaulting, session isolation, dual control, and break-glass access procedures Working knowledge of Microsoft identity technologies, including Entra ID and ADCS, alongside federation protocols such as SAML and OIDC as they apply to privileged identity workflows Hands-on troubleshooting capability across enterprise authentication protocols including Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, RADIUS, and certificate-based authentication Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs to support operational efficiency, diagnostics, and repeatable deployment tasks Company Industry AirlinesAviation Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Senior CyberSecurity Technical Engineer - Privilege Access Management Get real-time job updates only on our App
