Job Description Roles & Responsibilities 1. Government Liaison & Compliance Act as the main contact between the company and UAE government entities (MOHRE, ICP, municipalities, etc.) Ensure full compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and regulatory laws Stay updated on regulation changes and advise management accordingly 2. Visa & Immigration Management Process: Employment visas & entry permits Emirates ID applications Labor cards & medical appointments Residency renewals Handle visa cancellations, transfers, and dependent visas Track expiry dates of all employee-related documents 3. Licensing & Corporate Documentation Manage trade license: Issuance Renewals Amendments Handle: Establishment cards Immigration & labor files Quota applications Oversee attestations, notarizations, and legal translations 4. CICPA / Security Pass Management Process security passes, gate passes, and access permits Coordinate with: Client security teams Industrial zones, ports, oil & gas sites Track expiry and renewals of: CICPA passes Vehicle permits Site access cards Maintain records of security clearances 5. Reporting & Record Management Maintain accurate records of: Government transactions Employee files, visas, and permits Prepare compliance and status reports Ensure all documents are securely stored and accessible Desired Candidate Profile The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related processes and ensuring the company’s full compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and corporate licensing requirements. The role serves as the key liaison between the organization and various UAE government authorities, facilitating the smooth and timely processing of official documentation. The PRO handles a wide range of administrative and regulatory tasks, including employment visas, residency permits, Emirates ID applications, labor cards, and medical procedures. They are also responsible for monitoring the validity and renewal of all employee and company-related documents, ensuring no lapses in compliance. In addition, the role oversees trade license issuance and renewals, corporate registrations, and statutory documentation such as establishment cards, labor files, and immigration records. The PRO coordinates document attestation, notarization, and legal translation processes when required. A critical aspect of the role involves managing security clearances and access permits, including CICPA passes, gate passes, and site access authorizations for employees, contractors, and company vehicles—particularly for restricted or high-security environments such as oil & gas facilities, ports, and industrial zones. The PRO maintains accurate records of all government transactions and prepares regular compliance reports for management. Strong coordination with internal teams and external authorities is essential to ensure efficient operations and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
