Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a consultative approach to client engagement, and a proven ability to generate and close business opportunities. This role requires someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement and consultations Conduct pre-sales meetings to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals Lead negotiations with clients and vendors to secure profitable deals Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management Qualifications & Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills Proven track record in IT sales and achieving sales targets Excellent negotiation and closing abilities Strategic thinking with a consultative sales approach Experience in selling IT solutions such as infrastructure, security, hardware, and projects Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field, providing a solid foundation in technology and sales principles. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT sales or a related field, demonstrating proven success in meeting sales targets.(UAE market preferred) Relevant certifications, such as ITIL or Cisco Sales Expert, to validate technical knowledge and sales expertise. Experience in the technology sector is preferred, ensuring a deep understanding of IT products and services.
