Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Source and identify qualified software engineering candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, online communities, social platforms, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods. Work independently to build and manage a strong pipeline of developers across multiple technologies and seniority levels. Conduct initial candidate outreach and communication. Perform first-round screening calls to evaluate communication skills, experience, technical background, availability, and overall fit. Maintain organized candidate tracking and provide regular updates on sourcing progress. Coordinate with the hiring team regarding candidate feedback and hiring priorities. Actively search for high-quality talent in competitive markets, especially for remote engineering roles. Build long-term candidate relationships and maintain a network of technical professionals. Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or Talent Sourcer focused on software engineering roles. Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies such as Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Mobile, or Data Engineering. Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms, GitHub, social media, and other recruiting channels. Ability to work independently and manage sourcing activities without daily supervision. Strong screening and communication skills. Native-level or C2-level English communication is mandatory. Experience recruiting for remote international teams is highly preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven personality. Comfortable working in a commission-based freelance/contract environment Compensation Freelance / Contract-based position. Commission-based payment structure. Compensation provided per qualified screening/interview completed. Typical payment range: $5–$10 per successful candidate screening depending on role complexity and quality.
