ACCOUNTANT

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting activities Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations Handle accounts payable and receivable Perform bank reconciliations and ledger management Ensure accurate recording of all transactions Manage payroll processing, staff salaries, and benefits Monitor and control company expenses and budgets Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns in compliance with FTA regulations Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting Track and manage invoices, quotations, and supplier payments Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience (preferably in UAE) Strong knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel Proven experience in UAE VAT filing and compliance Solid understanding of financial reporting & reconciliation Ability to manage payroll, expenses, and invoicing systems Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Good communication skills (English required) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in automotive or service industry (advantage) Knowledge of UAE labor law related to payroll Employment Type Full Time Company Industry AutomotiveAutomobileAuto Accessories Department / Functional Area AccountsTaxationAuditCompany Secretary Keywords Financial ReportingManagement AccountantCash Flow ManagementAccounts ReceivableAccounts PayableAuditorAuditingCost AccountantReconciliationAccounting SpecialistTax AccountantSenior AccountantBudgeting Get real-time job updates only on our App
