Administrative Assistant
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Admin Assistant (Accounting & Administration) We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. This position is ideal for candidates with an accounting background who are eager to gain practical experience and grow their careers in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry Support daily administrative operations, including documentation and coordination Organize and maintain files, records, and reports Assist in preparing financial and operational documents as required Requirements Bachelor’s degree or educational background in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of UAE VAT, tax regulations, and customs procedures Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar platforms Fresh graduates with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply If you are looking to start or grow your career in accounting and administration, we welcome your application.
