Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The role: You will help scale an AI-native engineering organisation building agentic platforms, leading high-performing pods of 10 15 engineers. You ll bring strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience applying AI agents to accelerate delivery at scale. Owning the AI engineering and architecture foundation, you ll drive end-to-end delivery, from use-case ideation through to production rollout. Desired Candidate Profile 8+ years experience within Software / AI Engineering Productionized experience working with Agentic Platforms, and Agents Experience managing cross-functional Pods/Squads/Tribes Recent hands-on experience within software development, AI Engineering, AI configuration Successful track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments Company Industry ConsultingManagement ConsultingAdvisory Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Agentic AI Technical Lead Get real-time job updates only on our App
