Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Marketing and promoting the office and achieving clear achievements in a reasonable period of time. External engagement with companies and clients to attract and secure new projects for the office. Networking and consulting with various industry professionals. To be aware of all related governmental and non-governmental procedures followed in the Kingdom for obtaining approvals and building permits and the requirements of the Saudi codes used for designing projects. Develop a plan for the long and short term, supervise its implementation, and prepare periodic reports on the progress of business in the branch. Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental requirements, health and safety regulations. Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials. Preparation of reports, proposals, applications, contracts, and architecture presentations. Specify the requirements for the project. Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction. Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications. Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets. Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge. Monitor progress of projects or programs through the various stages. Willingness to travel to the Sultanate of Oman to the main branch, if necessary. Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for a professional candidate who holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture, with 5–8 years of progressive experience in architectural project management within engineering consultancy environments, preferably with prior exposure to the Saudi market. The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, business development, and stakeholder management skills, with proven competency in design management, multi- disciplinary team coordination, and the application of Saudi codes and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, client-facing presentation, and Arabic/English bilingual proficiency are essential.
