Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales (Masterbatch) | Muscat, Oman Location Muscat, Oman Industry Plastic Masterbatch / Polymer Additives / Plastic Processing Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with a strong background in the plastic masterbatch industry to drive business growth, manage key customer relationships, and expand market presence across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess excellent commercial acumen, technical understanding of masterbatches, and a proven track record in achieving sales and collection targets. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue and collection targets. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in terms of both volume and value. Manage and expand the existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders. Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate with technical teams to provide effective solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Utilize SAP for sales-related activities and reporting (preferred). Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline. Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing Technology (CIPET) preferred. 10–12 years of sales experience in the Plastic Masterbatch industry. Strong understanding of plastic processing and masterbatch applications. Experience in business development, key account management, and sales collections. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in Color Masterbatch, Black Masterbatch, White Masterbatch, Additive Masterbatch, or Polymer Compounds. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share. Strong customer relationship management skills. Willing to relocate to Muscat, Oman.
