We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment strategy and oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for Life Pharmacy Group. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment expertise to build a high-performing workforce. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth plans. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior, mid-level, and volume hiring. Partner with business leaders and HR to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning. Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in retail, healthcare, and corporate functions. Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels. Track recruitment metrics, provide reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5-8 years of progressive HR/recruitment experience, with at least 4+ years in a managerial role. Strong experience in retail, healthcare, or large-scale recruitment in the UAE/GCC. Proven expertise in high-volume hiring as well as specialized senior roles. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and digital hiring platforms.
