Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE and GCC markets. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels. Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements. Present and demonstrate Microsoft and IT solution offerings. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Build long-term relationships with customers and partners. Coordinate with technical teams to develop solution proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports. Desired Candidate Profile Lead Generation Solution Selling CRM Management Proposal Preparation Client Relationship Management Microsoft Solutions Knowledge Minimum 3 years of IT sales/business development experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Managed Services, or Power Platform. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
