Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers. Introduce company services and schedule appointments for the sales team and also schedule meetings for the sales team. Generate qualified leads through telemarketing activities. Maintain and update customer databases. Follow up with prospects via phone and email. Achieve daily call and lead generation targets. Prepare lead generation reports and activity updates. Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or lead generation. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
