Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for DecoVision's Interior Fit-Out division & joinery vision factory. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project management consultants (PMCs), corporate clients, and key stakeholders to generate profitable fit-out projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence, achieving sales targets, and contributing to sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Interior Fit-Out sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, corporate clients, and government entities. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, client meetings, and market research. Source and monitor tender opportunities from developers, consultants, and online portals. Prepare capability presentations, commercial proposals, and prequalification documents. Coordinate with the Estimation, Design, and Commercial teams to ensure timely submission of competitive proposals. Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization with clients. Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects. Maintain an updated CRM database and prepare weekly sales pipeline and business development reports. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen DecoVision's market presence. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth objectives. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage. Experience Minimum 10+ years of Business Development experience within the Interior Fit-Out industry. Proven UAE/GCC experience with a strong network of developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and corporate clients. Demonstrated success in securing commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, and office fit-out projects. Strong understanding of the UAE construction and fit-out market. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to build long-term strategic partnerships and generate repeat business. Experience working with leading Interior Fit-Out contractors in the UAE is highly preferred.
