Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager to help grow our business in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. The right candidate should have strong business relationships, good market knowledge, and proven experience in bringing new clients, building partnerships, and closing business deals. This role is ideal for someone who already has a strong network in Saudi Arabia or the GCC and understands how to work with enterprise clients, government entities, partners, and decision makers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and bring new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. Sales commission will be paid on all successfully converted business deals. Build relationships with enterprise clients, government organizations, private companies, and channel partners. Use the candidate's existing client and partner network to generate qualified leads. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets. Prepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and business offers. Manage client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures. Respond to RFPs and support large enterprise sales opportunities. Build strategic partnerships with local companies, system integrators, vendors, and business sponsors. Understand client needs and work with internal teams to provide the right solutions. Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM or sales reports. Desired Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships. Strong existing business network in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region. Proven experience in winning new clients and growing revenue. Good understanding of Saudi/GCC business culture, client behavior, and procurement process. Experience working with enterprise clients, government organizations, or large private companies. Ability to manage long sales cycles, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract discussions. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required. Arabic is highly preferred. Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred: IT Services Cloud Solutions Software Development IT Staffing Healthcare Technology Consulting Fintech Construction Logistics Energy Real Estate Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a well-connected business development professional who understands the Saudi and GCC market. They should be confident in opening doors, building trusted client relationships, creating partnerships, and closing profitable business deals. They should be self-motivated, target-driven, professional, and comfortable working with senior executives and decision makers.
