Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team in Oman. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and client networking Review RFQs, contracts, and submit business proposals Build and maintain strong client relationships Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives Prepare sales reports and market analysis Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized logistics solutions Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales Strong experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry preferred Proven track record of closing large business deals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience with CRM tools and MS Excel Local market exposure in Oman is an advantage Why Join Us?
