CAFM-SPECIALIST (PM FUNCTIONS)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and closure of preventive maintenance (PM) work orders within the CAFM system, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Develop and refine PM schedules and task lists based on equipment criticality, manufacturer recommendations, and historical data to optimize asset lifespan and minimize downtime. Manage and maintain the CAFM database for all assets, including detailed specifications, maintenance history, and warranty information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Generate detailed reports on PM performance, asset condition, maintenance costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making.
