Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Call Center Agent with experience in cleaning, technical services, or facility management. The candidate will make outbound calls, generate leads, promote our services, and achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
