Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, workforce productivity, and material usage for management review. Desired Candidate Profile A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, providing a strong theoretical foundation for practical applications. Proven experience of at least 5 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry, showcasing effective leadership skills. Relevant certifications such as OSHA, First Aid, or site-specific safety training to demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety.
