Construction Engineer / Project Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules to keep projects on track. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials, equipment, and services, minimizing delays and cost overruns. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring work meets required standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders, providing accurate project updates. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to understand project requirements and ensure feasibility. Develop and implement project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and costs, and proactively identifying potential risks. Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams, offering solutions to technical challenges and promoting best practices. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to communicate project status, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships. Participate in project meetings, providing updates, contributing to problem-solving, and ensuring effective communication among the team. Desired Candidate Profile Required for a Contracting Company: - Holds Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 7 years experiences in a construction company in GCC - Holds U.A.E.
