Construction Manager - Civil

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget by coordinating with various stakeholders. Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, translating them into actionable plans for the construction team. Manage site operations and enforce safety regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, procurement of materials, and tracking expenditure throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly and efficiently. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity of project goals. Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and licenses before construction begins. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in civil construction, preferably in villas & high-rise buildings. Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, showcasing the ability to handle complexity and scale. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations specific to the region or country of work. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling quick resolution of issues that arise on-site. Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals.
