Construction Planning Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities · Develop baseline and detailed project schedules. · Prepare WBS and project milestones. · Update Primavera P6/MS Project schedules. · Track progress against baseline. · Prepare look-ahead schedules. · Develop recovery and acceleration plans. · Perform critical path analysis. · Monitor manpower and resource utilization. · Prepare weekly and monthly reports. · Coordinate planning inputs with all departments. · Evaluate delays and recommend corrective actions. · Support tender planning activities. · Prepare S-curves and cash flow reports. · Analyze productivity trends. · Maintain planning documentation. · Monitor procurement milestones. · Coordinate fabrication and site schedules. · Assist in EOT documentation. · Present planning updates to management. · Ensure schedule compliance. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications & Requirements · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. · 3–6+ years planning experience. · Primavera P6 expert. · Advanced Excel and MS Project. · Construction/Steel Structure experience.
