Customer Service Executive Freight - Jordan

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for freight customers, ensuring excellent customer service and timely communication. Coordinate with Operations, Customs Clearance, Shipping Lines, Airlines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment execution. Monitor import and export shipments, provide status updates, and resolve customer inquiries and issues. Prepare and verify freight documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Coordinate billing, invoicing, and shipment documentation with the Finance and Operations teams. Maintain accurate shipment records and update the company's operating system. Support customer retention by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for additional business. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2 4 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding or logistics. Knowledge of Air, Sea, and Land Freight operations and shipping documentation. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight management systems. Fluent in English and Arabic.
