Data Entry Accountant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Accurately input financial data, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports, into accounting software with meticulous attention to detail. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies promptly to maintain financial accuracy. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and accurate invoicing to clients. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports by organizing and summarizing accounting data. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus. Proven experience (1-3 years) in data entry or a similar accounting support role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
