Data Entry Operator (Temporary for 3 Months)
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are currently seeking Data entry Operators (Temporary for 3 months) for our Catering & Baker production unit Job Purpose: To accurately input, update, and maintain company data across various digital systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting smooth business operations. The Data Entry Operator plays a critical role in record-keeping, reporting, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Accuracy Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, ERP systems, or databases from source documents. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data entries. Perform data validation and correct any detected errors or inconsistencies. 2. Documentation & Record Management Digitize paper records and ensure proper organization and indexing of files. Maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance with company policies. Scan, photocopy, and archive documents as needed. 3. Reporting & Updates Generate periodic reports and summaries as per departmental requirements. Support other team members with data extraction or preparation for meetings, audits, or reconciliations. Notify supervisors of discrepancies, missing data, or delays in data flow. 4. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Warehouse, Finance) to gather, verify, and update information. Assist in communicating updates or status of tasks to relevant stakeholders. Support administrative functions and assist in special projects as required. 5. System Knowledge & Compliance Operate office software, ERP systems, and data entry tools effectively. Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards. Follow company SOPs and workflow processes diligently. Desired Candidate Profile Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in IT, Office Administration, or related field is a plus. 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic database systems or ERP software. Fast and accurate typing skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
