Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Mission We are looking for a Data Specialist, reporting to the HR Shared Services department, whose responsibilities will include: Collect, consolidate and ensure the reliability of HR data from different sources Analyze the key indicators Build automated and interactive dashboards Automating HR processes Identify trends, propose predictive analyses Supporting HR teams in interpreting data and making decisions. Participate in HR digital transformation projects (implementation of tools, data migration, improvement of reference data). Ensuring the quality, confidentiality and security of processed HR data Search Profile A Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mathematics or Statistics with initial experience in data analysis. Excellent mastery of computer tools and language; Proficiency in development languages ​​(Python); Ap tences in AI; Good command of data analysis techniques and statistical methodologies; Good level of English; Organization, rigor and ease in writing.
