DMCC Company is looking for a Sr. Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Sr. Executive- Finance & Accounts position will report to the Finance manager of the company. This position is based in Dubai, UAE, and will be responsible for all accounting and financial activities of the organization. Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. Developing long-term business plans based on these reports. Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets. Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk. Desired Candidate Profile RESPONSIBILITIES: ✓ Perform and control the full accounting process, audit cycle, including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. ✓ Monthly and Yearly closing and timely submission of the Management report to Directors / Shareholders/ Managers. Finalization of all company accounts and intercompany transactions, and consolidation of accounts. ✓ Dealing with bankers, Investment firms, and Family office structures on any matters related to the company. ✓ Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting / commercial documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc. related to various functions of an organization. ✓ Handling legal formalities required for the setup of a new company, renewal of licenses, certificates, etc. ✓ Facilitate statutory audits for the company and its subsidiaries. ✓ Dealing with multi nationals / Overseas Companies . ✓ Review of contracts and Agreements, Minutes of the Directors' meeting and Board Resolution. ✓ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings. ✓ Deep Knowledge about UAE Corporate Tax, VAT registration, Preference for candidates with experience in the UAE market, understanding local business practices and regulations. ✓Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
