Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Support the general manager. Copy, scan and store documents Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows) Distribute project-related copies to internal teams File documents in physical and digital records Create templates for future use Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients Manage the flow of documentation within the organization Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement & company information. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed Maintain confidentiality of company informationr. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed Maintain confidentiality of company information Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required, providing a strong foundation for the role. Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Construction, or Engineering industries, showcasing proven experience. Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with industry-specific documentation requirements and standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration skills in diverse project environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), showcasing fundamental computer skills for the role. A proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of project documentation, showing a commitment to quality. Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, showcasing personal qualities.
