Early Childhood Educator

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educator to be the professional heart of our venue. This is the role that elevates Kids Zone from a play destination to a developmental destination. You are the reason parents trust us with their child beyond a play visit, and the educational credibility that sets us apart from any competitor. What You'll Own: • Ready for School Playgroup Programme - you design and deliver a structured weekly curriculum that is age-appropriate, developmental, and outcome-driven for children aged 2.5 to 5 years • Drop and Shop Programme - you take full responsibility for every child in your care, maintaining sign-in registers, structured activities, and strict collection protocols • Activity Programming - you create a monthly activity calendar covering playgroup sessions, open-play activities, seasonal events, and holiday programmes • Parent Relationships - you build genuine long-term relationships with families as the primary driver of term-on-term retention and enrolment growth • Documentation and Standards - you maintain curriculum files, child records, and monthly reports to a standard that can be reviewed at any time Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Who We're Looking For: A diploma or degree in early childhood education, child development, nursery education, or an equivalent recognised qualification Current First Aid certification (must be maintained at all times) Genuine passion for child development - you understand your role is to create structured, age-appropriate experiences that parents see real value in Warm, patient, organised, and articulate with parents Experience designing and delivering curriculum for children aged 2 to 5 Able to train and guide team members on activity facilitation Fluent English; Arabic is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary package Visa and benefits provided Full professional autonomy over your educational domain Direct access to venue leadership - fast decisions, no bureaucracy A growing brand with franchise expansion underway A role where you make a genuine difference in children's development every single day Immediate start preferred.
