ELV Engineer - Site Execution Data Centres

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day ELV site execution activities for data center projects Supervise installation of structured cabling, containment, and ELV systems Monitor installation of CCTV, ACS, PA, BMS interface, and networking systems Ensure ELV works are executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications Review IFC drawings, coordination drawings, and technical submittals before execution Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, and architectural teams for interface management Plan and monitor manpower deployment and daily site activities Ensure compliance with project schedules and target milestones Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality standards Coordinate material inspections, delivery schedules, and storage requirements Prepare daily progress reports and weekly execution updates Raise RFIs and technical clarifications related to site execution issues Ensure proper installation methodology and sequence of ELV systems Monitor cable pulling, termination, labeling, and testing activities Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and documentation requirements Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe work practices on site Attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and client representatives Verify installed quantities and support preparation of progress billing records Identify site constraints and proactively resolve execution-related issues Support testing, commissioning, as-built drawings, and project close-out documentation Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline 4–8 years of experience in ELV site execution works Previous experience in Data Center, Mission Critical, or Industrial projects preferred Strong understanding of structured cabling and ELV infrastructure systems Experience in installation of CCTV, Access Control, PA, GRMS, BMS interface, and networking systems Good understanding of ELV drawings, coordination drawings, and technical specifications Familiar with cable containment, cable pulling, termination, labeling, and testing activities Able to supervise subcontractors, foremen, and site workforce effectively Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and system integration activities Strong understanding of project execution sequences and site coordination requirements Experience working in fast-track construction environments Familiar with international standards and data center construction practices Good communication and reporting skills Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams Capable of resolving site execution and technical issues independently Knowledge of QA/QC inspection procedures and documentation requirements Strong awareness of HSE standards and safe work practices Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project documentation Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines UAE/GCC project experience and immediate availability will be an advantage Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords ELV Project EngineerSite Execution EngineerBMSELV Construction EngineerStructured CablingELV Systems SpecialistELV Site EngineerELV SystemsELV Commissioning EngineerData Center ELV Engineer Get real-time job updates only on our App
