Estimation / Pre-Sales Engineer (ELV Systems) – No Sales Targets

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation / Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing ELV team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy technical sales support, estimation, and client interaction without the pressure of sales targets. The successful candidate will support the sales team by preparing technical solutions, quotations, and project documentation while ensuring excellent customer service and timely project coordination. Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ELV system solutions. Prepare ELV system designs and technical proposals based on project specifications. Assist the sales team with technical and commercial support. Prepare quotations, BOQs, technical submittals, and other sales documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for product selection, pricing, and project requirements. Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and sales records. Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely submission of proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in ELV systems, technical sales, estimation, trading, or distribution. Fresh graduates with relevant educational qualifications and a strong interest in ELV systems are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of ELV systems such as Intercom, Access Control, CCTV, Structured Cabling, Public Address, or related systems. Knowledge of the UAE market and local business practices is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field. Experience in ELV estimation or Pre-Sales support is an added advantage. Candidates with good communication skills in Hindi, English, Malayalam, or Tamil will be preferred.
