Field Sales Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Acquire new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with the marketing department. Identify and resolve objections raised by prospective customers to ensure smooth conversion. Negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial and competitive pricing. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other related documentation. Provide timely feedback and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Support marketing initiatives, including participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on competitors’ activities and update the reporting manager regularly. Ensure stock accuracy by verifying there are no discrepancies between car-load stock and store inventory. Follow workplace safety and health guidelines by adhering to all relevant instructions and procedures. Desired Candidate Profile 1–3+ years of strong sales experience, preferably door‑to‑door; prior exposure to the water industry is highly desirable. Proven ability to present, promote, and sell a full range of company products while acquiring new customers. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages like Hindi/Urdu/Arabic are an advantage. Strong data entry, reporting, and Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills with good market awareness and excellent knowledge of UAE roads. Holds a valid UAE manual driving license and a relevant degree.
