Finance Controller

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and streamline operations. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings within budgetary constraints. Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts that align with strategic business goals. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA to validate expertise in financial management. Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in the specific industry relevant to our business (e.g., manufacturing, retail, tech) is highly desirable.
