Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assess the financial viability of the Group's investment opportunities (acquisitions, startups, real estate projects, brokerage deals) Develop clear recommendations for Management Financial evaluation of opportunities sourced by the Business Developer Build financial models (DCF, LBO, business plans) Draft investment notes and memos for Management Conduct financial due diligence in coordination with external advisors Sector analysis (Francophone Africa, GCC, sports, real estate) Support fundraising and structuring of the future investment vehicle Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, in conjunction with the Financial and Administrative Manager Provide daily reporting to Management on the progress of ongoing analyses Desired Candidate Profile Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Solid foundation in valuation, IFRS, and UAE taxation Strong analytical and report writing skills Bilingual in French and English (Arabic is a plus) Rigorous, discreet, and analytical CFA or ACCA designation preferred Highly autonomous and able to prioritize International experience preferred Knowledge of the UAE market is an asset Employment Type Full Time Company Industry BankingFinancial ServicesBroking Department / Functional Area FinanceTreasury Keywords M&APrivate EquityTransaction ServicesFamily OfficeExcelFinancial ModelingDCFLBOBusiness PlansDue DiligenceIFRSFiscalit UAECFAACCAFrenchEnglishArabic Get real-time job updates only on our App
